The president of my organization wants me to set up a page for a site where users can enter their email addresses in a window to become a member or to just get their email addresses taken off of the email address list. Is this a hard thing to do? Can I just get somebody's script or code online to make one? or is there a product I can buy that can make one for me? If possible, then please refer me to a site that can give me as much info as possible. Thanks in advance for the info.

Shouldn't be to difficult to do. I could do it in PHP/MySQL for you (or you could take a look at http://www.freewebmasterhelp.com/tutorials/phpmysql/ if you are willing to have a go at it yourself)
