I am looking for some help or to be pointed in the right direction.
I need to let my client edit a xml file on there server with out going on to the server.
They already update the database but i'm not sure how to go about the xml bit.
The xml fil i have already is for a slide show, the cliente would like to edit, add more ore remove photos and update the slide show.
So i need a form where photos can be selected from the pc, be able to add more.
When all photos are selected, a sumbit button that not only uploads the photos but generates a new xml file.
I cant image this is so hard. Im just not sure where to start!!!

I'd say that you should avoid your customer to mess with XML...
1)Create an interface where he/she can see the existing pictures, delete them or add them.
2)Then, extend or create a new interface where your customer can set a position value for each picture, and allow him to reorganize them.
You can find many examples using ajax and drag & drop that can make this really simple for him.

Then, when he wants to save the order, generate the xml at this moment, and save it.
