Hi people, I am sure at least one person can help me out.

on example when you hover over an image in comes up with a strange but great box thing, then when click on the down arrow, it gives you a menu. If you then add that image to your cart, the image turns into a non-fill square that decreases in size as it gets closer to the cart section.

I would like to know how to duplicate that same effect, but change the colours of it slightly. I want to do this because on a site i am working on (I'm planning on spending about 1/2 year on it) will have a gallery and I would like that same feature.

I would also like to know what script is used to create this effect. I have tried looking at the source of Microsoft's website, but it is all completely jibberish to me.

Thanks

-mik

It looks to me like their using CSS for the hover and javascript for the drop down menu. I'm not sure how they did theirs but I would look around for a java dropdown menu with some nice custimization behind it then look up some info on CSS layers. Nice to see Microsoft is still developing their site to only work properly in IE. $$$$$$$$$$$
