Im looking for a script that displays a box with the users webcam.
(if they have one)
I have seen things like it.
You view it and it asks if you would like to allow it to use your webcam and then It shows your face. Im not asking for anything complicated right now like a script to take a picture. But I may need that later. Thanks

I really think it depends on the model of your webcam. Do a Google search for your webcam model + embed website.

You are talking about flash and if you want a cheap way of doing that you should use Kyte or Mogules - they both offer free video broadcating software.
