Hi, I can not figure this out!!!! I need a search area engine just like autotrader.com with the zip code, miles within zip code thingy. Someone help me please!

why not try to search on SE, they give similar reports.I use the same thing in looking for those things.

I tried searching it on Google, but found nothing. For now what I'm going to have to do is create this database with 765344 records in one of them and over double that amount in another. It's ridiculous. I know that there has to be an easier way.

So you didn't spot the top result in Google for "zip code database" that has a downloadable database then??
