All you need to do is this:
1st check that your web-host supports sub-domains. This is #1. Once you have the support, it's usually as simple as going into the web-hosts 'control panel' under your account and then click on create sub-domains. These are usually folders in your account which are appended to your url in YOUR webspace. Ex: You create a subdomain called blah, and your page would be blah.mysite.com or in some case it could be like site.com/blah and you would put your pages in that folder that realate to that sub-domain.
Oh, and If YOU are the hosting company, install a CPanel or some other control panel on your server...Requires a bit of work, but will be good in the long run.
