Hey there all!

I recently installed PHPAdsNew on my hosting account and it works great. My pages wont run off a template or be completely automated, they are all static html pages, or php pages. I would like to set my site up with 7 zones. 6 for all of the different game sections and 1 for the main page and all misc pages. My question is when I set up zones what if I only want an advertiser to be able to have his ad in one zone? can someone show me the ropes of this great program? Please post telling me that you use it and what your experience has been withought even if you dont want to tell me more. thx.

its e-z to install, go to http://www.phpadsnew.com and download it then upload that file into a directory on your site. Then point your browser to where you uploaded the file and it will guide you through everything. You need 1 MySQL database, and php.

it wont work because you dont have PHP installed on your computer.. Unless your computer is a server,? is it? and if so are you sure you have PHP installed.

hello mo, got ur mail.

here is how you parse php in htm, html file.

create an .htaccess file with the foll. (if you have one already, then add this to that)

RemoveHandler .html .htm
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .htm .html

that's all.

as for as the zones is concerned,

login with the admin account.
go to administration, zones, and add the zone name, banner size etc..
in the next page, choose the banner for that zone. and then generate the code for that banner/zone and put it in the page where u want it.

thats all
for adding accounts , go to administration, add new client.

let me know if there is any problem.

have a nice day
