I wonder that myself sometimes as well. Although if everyone did research then these sort of forums would be half as busy

True, which is kind of why you should allow people to ask the kinds of questions that can be googled in .5 seconds

However, a positive side to some of those kinds of threads is that they can bring something of value to you every now and then.

you can get lots of projects from getafreelancer and getacoder. Odesk is also a great place.

Although a degree in cat spaying will probably not help you get coding jobs.

So it seems to me that you want to be a freelancer online. How about trying out Odesk, Getafreelancer. Eufreelancer? For forums, you should look for those with buy and sell section like here. O better yet try digitalpoint but remember that they are really rule conscious. I got banned there just for saying PM.Just google buy and sell foums and you can find a lot of it.

Get started with what you find first. Selection and rejection comes later on. Your first venture to be a freelancer is keys away from you. Hit upon google.

hey man i have done many online jobs for coding .. i take 50$ for single page coding from psd... you get many ... what u do is have a domain and put up your work to show people when u participate in this type of forums and i am sure you will get the work.. no woory man there is lot on the internet.

cs = computer science I'm guessing.

that alone puts you above most programmers online from the start. if I was you, I would create my own project and recruit people (many people are looking for projects to join like you currently are, but many projects aren't public about recruiting coders).

I also think Computer Science is what rizwan007 mean. You can be a web designer or SEO. You can work at home and have your own schedule.

So how does graduating in "Computer Science" equate to "Web Designer" or "SEO"??

Learning about network architecture, programming languages, software design etc etc doesn't mean that that person is capable of the abstract concepts and/or artistic talents of either of those.
