Pagnation Question...

I am building a 'custom' site that is going to have a pagination feature, you know what I am talking about.

Like this

I have the pagination code working (by itself) but when I add my 'while loop' code at the bottom of the pagination code, I get the all the results from the database, but the pagination code doesn't change the page. It properly displays the code like what I posted above, but when you click the next page, it just displays all the results, instead of a few at a time.

Can someone help? View code below:

One more question about this script, I know it may sound easy but I have exhausted myself on this script so a little help would be cool. Trying to align the php code so it's under the images not above..

...my pagniation looks just like the one listed on that page, I want to align it to the bottom of the page but I tried the vertical-align in the css and tried div align=bottom but no good.
