I'm creating a site where there will be a payment section. How can i set that up? Do i need a specific program?

http://www.2checkout.com/ is a pretty good merchant account for low volume sales.

Also, other shopping cart software (like oscommerce) can be integrated with 2checkout. If your interested in oscommerce it comes pre-installed with our web hosting and can save you the hassle of figuring out how to install it.

Any good software out there for building High End dating sites?

Someone just asked a similar question in this thread. Other than the info there I don't know of any programs specifically designed for a dating website (not that they don't exist).

Regarding a merchant account, I just went to BankOne and got a business checking account 100% free for the first year. It's certainly better than any deal I could find on the net, plus you have the added advantage of being able to walk into the bank instead of putting your faith in a website.

EDIT: I should add that BankOne hasn't provided me with any software so that may be a disadvantage. I just set the account up today so I should get more information next week on that front. But otherwise, I can just fill out slips with the cc info and turn them into the bank, which is easy enough for starting out.
