So, I have a menu in Java and it has menu and submenu items. Because this is a javs script I can not just use the dialog boxes in DW to make the link to open in a different frame. So I have to put the code in by hand but no matter what I try the menu doesnt work.
What I would like: In this drop down Jave menu when I mouse over a submenu and click, I would like that new page to open in a mainframe. The menu will be in the leftframe and alway present throughout the entire site. The new window will show in the mainframe and the menu in the left frame will still be accessible.

Any help is appreciated

so which frame do you want to go to? Like a main one or a menu one?

I have a 2 fram home page for my website. The left frame is for the menu system. The mainframe is the big portion of the screen. Currently when a user clicks TEXT in the left frame it opens a new window but in the mainframe. This way the menu is always available. But currently it is a text menu and I would like to use this nice JAVA Script menu I found at Dynamic Drive. I have tries to use the code target="mainframe" and with many different variations with the other java in the menu but to no avail. Help, any help, big or small I am not fussy.
