Need client to fill form on website then i send him emails every 2 day's automatically total 4 times, how i can achieve this?

BTW There is no apostrophe in the plural of day.

And you cannot MAKE "clients" do anything. You could send hem an email and suggest they fill the form in, but you cannot make them comply.
