how would you get a javscript file to reload itself without reloading the whole page? this problem has puzzled me for a while, i wondered if anyone else has attempted something like this

I am going to take a stab and say I do not think its possible. I remember another post talking about XML streams through javascript. But this might not be helpful. It depends on what your trying to do.
