Friends i like to broadcast our local TV channels to the world online(I can take license for that).But i don't have an idea how to do it.and i have seen several websites doing this using flash players.If you know anything about this please help me by posting your valuable knowledge.I want to broadcast around 10 Channels.I can buy any amount of internet connections to do this.please help me.I want to help to the world to view our local channels for free in high quality mode.

Friend ok i found a way to do that.now i know how to broadcast from the PC.
but
Now i have another question.I like to know how to broadcast flash video through a server.It means we stream particular channels from our PC's to the server.And then server should broadcast it to the world.simple sentence is server taking video and then broadcast it to the world.please give me an idea friends.
