This poor client was provided this crappy "tour" by the distributor of some software she's using and we're going to be fixing some issues and improving it. So please, don't try to wrap you head around why anyone would do this in the manner that it was done...

Anyway, we're having issues with the 2nd swf, the actual Tour swf. The dang thing is 50mb because of the video screenshot program the company used. We're not exactly sure how large it is, but we're hoping someone will have a suggestion on a program to reduce the overall size of the Tour to be no larger the 700px in width, effectively reducing the file size. When we try to put it in Flash or Flex, it crashes everything. This not only needs to be done to improve load time, but for us to fix it, we need to be able to open it up in Flash or Flex.

Any suggestions?

P.S. We need a Flash forum! I never know where to put my Flash Q's!

I can't seem to get this software to work. It says it's loading the swf, but then does nothing? I'm using the Mac version. I haven't had my partner (running Microsoft) to try it yet.

I've used the pc version and its working fine for me. Maybe there is a problem with the mac version.
