Does anyone know of a good tutorial where I can make this in Adobe Flash.

I want to have a section where the user can upload a picture to the website, then on the side is a list of images. Then the user can click whatever picture they want, and drag it onto their picture, and place it however they want. Even rotate it.

If you can help that would be great.

Thanks.
