I accidentally made the login page private instead of excluding it from the navigation bar and now I cannot login, is there anyway to change this back to public??

good point okay so I downloaded an e-commerce template for wordpress, the "Login" shows in the top navigation bar as well as the "Log Out" which I do not need. The developer specified a spot in the template backend in wordpress for a spot to exclude pages and to add the "Login" page to it. I got too impatient waiting for the developer to respond on his website forum and decided to make the page "Private" from "Public" thinking it would just exclude it from navigation, but it turned out it made it where the www.mysite.com/wp-admin/ isn't acceptable now. I am wondering if there is anywhere in the PHP, etc where I can change the wp-admin back to public? Please let me know if I left anything out. Thanks

Save database as sql, delete and recreate database(do not restore via sql yet), re-install wordpress and restore database.
Wordpress uses the prescence of a database with data to determine if an install has been done, if the database is empty wordpress will install.
