Hello,
I've got a problem to view/play short movies, for example on news sites like for example: <http://www.rtl.nl/ (movies)
I get a "internet explorer script error!" , error on page, runtime error, etc.
trying to view/play those movies.
What could be the reason for this?
I have a adsl internet connection, Windows XP, IE 6.0 and Mccafee security,
the latest versions of mediaplayer etc.
i've tried <http://support.microsoft.com/defaul...kb;en-us;308260>
I've tried all steps on that issue, unfortunately, still the same problem; "script error!" When i press play, i see below in the bar "javascript:loader()"

please advice
thanks

Have you tried playing movies on other sites? it could simply be the site has a error? The only other thing could be your mcafee security could be blocking the movie, in which case I would suggest allowing the site to see if that works.

Wouldn't it be easier if you just did your coding in a web editor? Like Dreamweaver or something, because they come with preset insert media clip functions.

I just try to view the movie on that site.

It's only on site's were the movie's are played in a kind of mediaplayer, i have no problems where there is a realplayer is used.

could it be a prblem with the java environment ( runtime) in connection with the mediaplayer?
