I am a webdeveloper for a municipality and our assessment will be in may or april. Anyways, we need a page that lets an individual compare the old assessment to the new one of your property. What is the best way to do this - can I just make a javascript or HTML script that can do such a mathematical operation? What is the best way approaching this - we don't want to spend any money. Remember, not everyone can do such a simple math probelm, thats why we need something to do that for them....

Thanks
