I got the script that would suite you well, I made it myself. It mails then redirects you to another site or page... You can see an example at www.paoliwd.com/contact.html or www.paoliwm.com/submit.html . In exchange I'd like my site paoli webmasters to be one of the links where it says "your link here" on webmaster order. Sound good?

P.S. You can add radio buttons and checkboxes, all very simple...

ok look here is what i want and where i want it.

i want this part to be easily editable: i want a picture under caption contest, the picture will change weekly! so i want to be able to edit it. (i know its easy)

under that i want an input box saying "Submit Caption" and then i want the submit and reset buttons.

so its basically two separate forms into one page. sounds easy and do-able to me

no the form is easy, the php part is the part i needed, but i already did it so its ok. and i went crazy and made like 8 forms.
