ihave website the have over 200 gb of videos & i'm useing over 900 gb of Monthly Data Transfer & was looking at www megavideo.com/
they have the best way the if user watching more then 60 mint or use over 1gb he have to wait 52 mint & then watch again so this will be reall good for me
what is the best way ican do like this in my website so iwill not use this much Data Transfer par Monthly ?

How exactly is that going to reduce data transfer.

Data usage is data usage whether it is downloaded in one "chunk", buffered in chunks or streamed 1Gb is 1Gb no matter which way you slice it.

will like i say before if there is any way ican do it like megavideo ever ip have limited data transfer. par day & if he pass the limit he have to wait 60 mint & then use the website again

the way if i'm useing over 900 gb of Monthly Data Transfer now
i iwill be useing let say 500gb so iwill be saveing 400 gb so can you guys help me

You cannot monitor data transfer per client IP in real time, the other site are maybe parsing the log files for the IP and reading the "Bytes sent" field.

How can it be possible... Depends of MEGAVIDEO .. every use have to buy premium..

well this question is really interesting. i can't see any way that if creating videos of 52mins chunks
