No it's not that at all.

What happened was;

During a web design quality amnesty in 2005 all the "Falling snow" scripts were returned to 1998.

I dont get it?

Due to a hole in the space-time continuum, one script was able to return to 2011:

You can use that by linking or copying the source. Whatever suits.
