What is the best software to decomplie a .swf file. I recently recieved a project were I need to migrate a site to a different host.

Once I migrated the site, everything works. However, the flash URLS all point to the old domain. And I need to decomplie it to edit the links in the flash.

but the thing is you should surely ask the people who gave it to you to find out what editor was used to create it, the original files are probably in a directory undeleted, somebody somewhere can save you this grim reverse engineering issue
