I really need some help. Our hospital is starting to do CT Cardiac Angiograms. I cannot find a current CPT code for this. Is anyone out there doing the same service and know which codes to use? I have been told someone found a HCPCS code S8093 - this is not covered by Medicare and is only a temporary national code. Does not seem good to me. Someone else is coding as Cardiac angiography - 71275, CTA Chestm
Cardiac Function - 71270 CT Thorax w and w/o
Cardiac Heart Chambers 71270 CT Thorax w/ w/o. Not sure about this one. If you know anything please reply. Thanks.
