Need help with changing the words on a flash site and don't know which "forum"/board to post the request on.

I think I modified my sig (with your's as an example)

It has the very basic html for Y.S. and I want to basically move the small content AND label the round thingys with some links like resources and such.

If my new sig doesn't show up I will edit this with the link to the very basic html site.

PS. When I put [COLOR="maroon"] it doesn't work. Thoughts?

You need to open the .fla source file and edit the various objects to do those changes.
