I know that there is a javascript for going back to the previous page...but is there one that allows you to go back 2 pages?

I would need this as we have a "recommend" page, which when filled out + submitted takes you to the thankyou page.

I'd then like to return users to where they were before they clicked the recommend link. Is this possible? A javascript or other script that went back 2 pages would do the trick...does anyone know of one or how it would be done?
