I am trying to find software that will help me manage my memberships to various affiliate programs. I have seen some hosted solutions but the fee structure doesn't work for me and I have some issues with not having control over my data.

Ideally, I would like to find a php/mysql script providing that I can link to my admin menu but I am open to any recommendations.

I have not seen a program that helps you manage affiliate accounts.
You could use an address book program and change somethings to make it work for you it depends on what your tring to track. I have little programs all over the place and some on my web site. give me more details and i'll make some more scripts available at my site.
