Is there any better solution to using iframes?

Below is a screenshot from my webpage, I still havent finished making my site and have been getting rather tired of iframes what with problems with them refreshing etc and so think now would be the time to find a better option.


Really I just need a way of having a website that will allow me to change the menubar as often as I like without having to go through and change each on individually, likewise the scrolling bar and header I'd also like the flexibility to change easily.

I'm not too advanced in webdesign so I dont want anything too complex to do.

Any help would be grately appreciated

Instead of using iFrames, you could just use standard frames. The page design you have there would be relatively simple to do with normal frames instead of iFrames, and frames are more compatible than iFrames.
