What's your favorite banner display program and why?

Is there a good one that provides support to a payment gateway for user deposits, CC, PayPal, 2checkout, etc? Is it Php, Cgi, Asp or what?

Any help is appreciated.

I've started using PHPAdsNew (http://www.phpadsnew.com) which is excellent, but unfortunately doesn't link into payment gateways.

If you know some PHP/MySQL, you should be able to create a script to inferface with the PHPAdsNew database, though, which could operate with a payment gateway.
