There is a bug or missing info in the qcostcgi.cgi.

I have an ecommerce site setup via oscommerce.
It calculates the UPS shipping costs for my customers.

However, I found a flaw. I have posted this on the oscommerce forum
but haven't found a response yet. I was hoping someone else has seen
this and fixed it already and can tell me how to fix it.

At ups.com you can use their Rate Calculator. Two very important
quesitons it asks.

1) How will you drop off package
I pick Daily Pickup.

Now here's the problem one.
2) Billing shipping charges to UPS account.
yes or no.

On large shipments 50-70 pounds, the yes or no makes a big difference
in the shipping cost.

I had one calculate $33 if Billing = yes and $44 if billing = no.

Now I know a lot of people use this method of the qcostcgi.cgi. So
someone must have seen this problem?

Thanks for any advice
