Hi,

I've been looking around for a good knowledgebase script that will run on a Win2k box for an internal or web based help system. IF anyone has heard of a good one please let me know.
This is for a department in a state university so money is a premium factor

Thanks,

Tell me what specifically it would need to do.

It sounds like users would submit questions and your
staff would submit answers?

Kind of like an FAQ script?

Anyways let me know a little more info. I write ASP scripts
for win2000 servers all day long (it's my job) so I may
have something I can give you free.

Well, its basically a password portected internal knowledge base that will run on a Win2k web server.

Some of the functions would be:

Support staff would enter problems and their solutions to the script to be reviewed by an administrator for editing and posting. Final solutions would only be visible to support staff. This would eliminate us reinventing the wheel everytime we get stumped on a problem.

If you have something that would be great. Just let me know if ai can do anything in return.

Thanks,

Or browse for others at:
http://www.aspin.com/home/webapps
and also possibly
http://www.aspin.com/home/components

If these do not work for you, goto
http://aspscript.aspobjects.com/
and search for FAQ in the search box

Let me know if you still cannot find one.

Here's another one to check out: BridgeTrak Suite. Might not be the right one, but it's another place to look.
