Hi,

Is there anyone out there familiar with the shopping cart called Pinnacle Cart?

Anyway, the problem seems to be with the way the cart was made, Particually I can't seem to get ANY scripts to work within the cart...I am sure I have done enough work with it...Yet, not able to achieve results...

Here's what I am trying to do:

For Example:

I am trying to load up a flash (swf) file into the site box...For some reason the flash file would open but not play...It displays a black box (correct dimensions) of the flash file, but it doesn't play it (it works if I load it in the browser, without running it from the sitebox). And I really don't know why. And that's not even the beginning, I couldn't get cgi code or php code to execute at all in the cart...I would appreciate it if someone who's familiar with this cart to give me a basic example of how to get a simple piece of code to work in this cart...Btw, what I mean by [code] in this cart[/cart] is anywhere I put the code, whether it be in the site boxes, or in the header or footer, I come up blank. As far as the support goes, in my opinion, I think they suck for the money I paid, but they have come through a couple of times, but I still think they have got away with my money. I would *really* appreciate it if someone could get me on the right track with getting some simple code working in this shopping cart. And just for the record, doesn't all carts (at least the ones you can get today, as opposed to back a couple of years ago) all have the feature to run code within them, and the only limitation is your server? And I know the host for my website has everything right, it's the cart that's giving me the problem this time.

Thanks alot all!
-Brian
