i saw a cool rollover effect in flash where a small arrow beside a link would spin when the mouse was over the link. i'd like to do this with html or javascript.
anyone solved this problem before?

as long as the animation was not too tricky you could use an animated gif and use it as a background image on your :hover element.

hmmm, good idea, just seems that if it's possible in js it would be a hell of a lot easier if i have to do it for several different 'bullets'.
