im trying to put a favicon on my site, but it doesnt seem to work.
could it be because it's a subdirectory?
do they not work on subdirectories?

I just looked at your site and the icon isn't showing up for me either. Although IE is sometimes a bit dodgy when it comes to displaying these, none of the techniques that usually show the favicon were working. Perhaps your icon file isn't in the right format.
