Does anyone know of a method to enable / install a generic SSL certificate on IIS 5.1 (WinXP) for using localhost testing and development? Is it even possible?

I came across a tool IIS Diagnostics Toolkit: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsserv...s/default.mspx

You can create a locally signed cert (lasts for two weeks) for local https testing
