I am a graphic designer for the most part and do not really do much coding. But I am at a loss here, i am required to build a web page for a client that would at a later date want to sign in to an account via the browser and edit a list of names/ images etc. Can someone please point me to what code can do this? Or a website that can possible give me this code that i can use? It would be greatly appreciated... any tips that you can tell me as well

It depends on what server side code the clients host supports. ASP, PHP, ColdFusion etc.

Chris is right: it does depend on which language/s you have available, but you should look at getting a content management system for your client.

It would do pretty much exactly what you want and there are various systems available for pretty much every 'web' language...
