or just space if that is all there is.

Online Web Editor similar to geocities etc.
also can use FTP to edit their space

There are some on HotScripts.Com. I've tried a few. Can't remember their names. Just try them out.

Thanks. I have Cpanel and that won't do what I need.
I found a script that is basic which is fine. I didn't need
anything fancy. Unfortunately it is a cgi script.
