I download a form File in php and want to know how to add it to my website at the moment i cant even open it

also if u know how to insert perl CGI plz help

You need a server (Apache, for example) to open php files. And then you may use it just like usual webpage (you can even use HTML tags in u'r PHP file...)

Are you your own host? or are you hosting the site somewhere?

either way you can open a .php script with notpad or wordpad, arachonphilia or any other text editors.

To get it to your webhost simply upload it to your site.

oh and seeing your subject, you dont put the php script into your html form, you will want to use the action to direct the form to the php script.
