I'd like to put a 'link popularity' tool on my website. I'm looking for someone to do it however I wouldn't be able to compensate is $$. Anyone out there looking for a reference? Any ideas?

Check out http://www.p-lance.com there is a link popularity section and below it is the link were I got the link popularity checker to put on my website. It requires a link to there website but it is still a nice tool!
