Hello i have a oscommerce site and i added a mod to it that changes the order botton so it not got any botton, it just say please phone.
I have this on all items but some how some people still placing orders and i do not now how.
This is start to be a big problem now.

have you asked the coder who wrote the mod?

or if you coded the mod yourself, the PHP forum would be the best place to ask.

maybe you should work on the communication with your coder...

did you make sure Google didn't index your older pages? That might be the culprit

first rule of using mods and not understanding code. you must always have a testing site where you can load mods and it wont matter if it breaks the site or not. NEVER ever load an untest mod onto a live site.


good luck with your endeavors
possibly there is a readme file that shows exactly what is edited when you load the module. i know most of all that i have done with oscommerce was at least decent.
