Whenever you enter a word that has a ' or " like doesn't or 14" X 14" the script puts a \ before the character and it ends up looking like this doesn\ 't or 14\" X 14\"

Sorry but your question is very vague(non-existant).
I tried the script and discovered that the single quotes(') and apostrophes(´) worked just fine without any extras. The double quotes (") were not changed into (\"), they were just removed completely so I used single quotes instead. If you want 14" to be shown then just use two single quotes after each other ('') and it looks the same.
