I am looking for a specific script. I have seen on a few web sites before, but I can't find those web sites now I want it!

It is a scrolling 'news' ticker. It scrolls upwards, and pauses when you put the mouse over it. It is usually about 120*120 pixels in size. Does anyone know where I can get this script? I can't find it on Dynamic Drive.

Take a look at hotscripts.com they have alot of scripts, may have the one you are looking for.

Try looking at http://www.planetsourcecode.com. They have a scrolling ticker that you should easily be able to modify to suit your needs. The only downside to a ticker like the one they implement is that it is in an IFRAME - which does not appear well (if at all) in browsers other than IE.
