I am looking for someone to write me many scripts.
eg mailing list, forum, form and anything else that I may need.
I would like to purchase these with all rights to the script, so I can install them on my customers sites.

Well, for what you listed you can find free scripts to use. I use a PHPBB for many of my clients for forums, there are plenty of free mailing list scripts out there that are pretty powerful and free. Might take a look at it, saves you some money.

Isn't that illegal. Using other people's scripts for your profit?

No. Not to my knowledge. Your customers are paying for your services to host them etc (I think). You shouldn't have any problems with OS (Open Source) stuff. if you tried to sell the OS product, that's when it becomes illegal.

Provided you are not selling them the open source code you are not violationg any agreements.
