hi all!

I want to place an ad on my site. obviously clients would want to know how many hits they get from it. how would i implement some sort of counter on the graphic so i could know how many times it gets pressed? is this even possible?

You can have a number stored in a database increase by one every time the image is clicked...
Not sure if you can use that but it could be done with php/mysql asp/access, etc...
You can also have a text file and do the same, just need write permissions on the file...

Try using something like iDevAdMan to manage your banners. Complete stats are included for all accounts/banners and your customers can even login to check their own stats.
