i dont kow anything about this topic. but what i need to do is get a cgi file (or any other type of file) that would send emails to address that i select.

i plan on runnig this script using cron soo it must send the mail auttomatically.

Try dada mail for newletters. Otherwise there are plenty of newsletter/subscription tutorials on the web for both cgi and php.
