Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

Right now I have been assigned a project i'm not sure how to start...

To make it simple...

my client wants me to make this site...

http://www.webmasterlinks.org/

look like

http://www.webmasterempire.com/

Both of these sites are owned by the same client, she just want's the looks of the other sites updated. There are about 16 other of these sites that I will be doing this to.

The problem is that I don't know how to maintain the same content after applying these changes. There are tables and scripts embedded into the page that I can't seem to reasonably work around. Doing all of this by hand would take me weeks of full time work to complete.

Is there a way to change ONLY the looks of these pages and NOT the content? And use the same design for every page? Where do I start? What information do I need to look up?

Is there any information that anyone can point me to that can help me with this task?

Thanks in advance, any helpful advice would be a godsend!

As long as all the pages have the same layout code you can use a program called Search & Replace 98 (http://www.htmlworkshop.com/srhtml98.html)

It's very easy to use. Simply open one of the pages and copy all the layout code before the content into the search box. Then from your new design, do the same and paste it into the replace box. Choose the correct folder, turn off confirmation and click replace. Within about a minute every page will be updated.
Then do the same for the source after the content.

WARNING: Make a backup of the pages. This is very easy to get wrong and may take a few attempts!
