It's a PHP site using URL Rewriting to mask the pages as HTML.

Back to the point, Have you tried looking in hotscripts for a script like that?
Or would You be better with a tutorial for better understanding?

i am pretty sure it's php. there is a configuration where you can make PHP parse certain file types so you can have any extension like index.bah
