Greetings to everyone. I am thinking about buying CMS for my site. All i want is a

good system for a reasonable price... or for free Please do not STFI me. I did look

around the internet, however most of the stuff I found was either crap, or expensive,

or sometimes expensive crap . My question is basically if someone has used or is

using a CMS I would really appriciate your replies and short comments about the

product. That would really help out a lot...

thanks.

I haven't used either myself, but I've heard good things about both Drupal and Joomla.

Both are free.

I use Drupal for about a dozen of my web sites and highly recommend it. It's free (open source) and has a very supportive community with frequent upgrades and tons of add-on modules. It can be used as a CMS or blog, or both.

If you have Fantastico support with your hosting provider, installation is a couple of clicks.
