I wanna Learn PHP and have a non - programming background.

Can you suggest any resources or may be someone willing to teach?? For a pay ofcourse?

Just download some PHP ebooks and addition of your programming knowledge base. I think you can do that.

Since you have a non-programming background, you might be better off reading up on how computer programming works, before you try to learn any particular language. A grounding in what goes on inside the computer will make learning PHP much less confusing.

If, like me, you prefer being shown the results in a visual way, go for:

http://www.vtc.com

They offer excellent video tutorials for most programming languages. I find it much more effective to watch the demonstrations than read from a book.

That said, you should probably get yourself an all-in-one PHP reference. It'll make life easier when you're coding and can't remember something.
