I am about to change my web site to get away from "FRAMES!"

My site now teaches American Sign Language using frames. After I make the change, the user will be able to select a word, then the image of a signer will be displayed on what I call a "floating frame," not replacing the original page. My page address is: <!--asl1.org-->

I have it working in my computer now, but I need to know how to cause that floating frame to be a particular size. I don't want it ever to be full screen size.

I don't use Jave, or any code writing program. I simply write my code using a text editor. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
Harley
